Confucius Institutes are non-profit public institutions that aim to promote Chinese language and culture, support local Chinese teaching internationally, and facilitate cultural exchanges. Chinese - Basic 3 is a continuation of Chinese ? Basic 2. This non-credit course aims to develop students' skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. By the end of the course, students should be able to master more than 30 Chinese characters or 50 words and have a good command of basic grammar, sentence structure, and Mandarin pronunciation. Students are encouraged to actively communicate in class and will also learn the language through classroom activities.
