Offered throughout the semester, these affordable workshops allow students to focus on a particular area they wish to improve. Students are presented with opportunities to learn, practice or refine skills through a series of interactive and fun activities.

A word in English can have several different forms depending on whether it functions as a noun, verb, adjective or adverb. Learn the parts of speech to assist in identifying and correcting word form errors.
Clear communication skills are required to use the telephone effectively. Learn proper telephone etiquette as well as an organized approach along with speaking and listening practice.
