Meet the Fall 2013 Valedictorians

Valedictorian Kristen Marie Bugeja

Kristen is graduating from the Practical Nursing diploma program with high honours. After initially studying massage therapy at Georgian College, Kristen decided she wanted to pursue a career track that was more focused on patient care, which led her to Seneca. Kristen says the Practical Nursing program’s instructors, clinical teachers and her peers all helped to provide her with a strong support system and a shared love of the nursing practice. One the greatest lessons Kristen says she learned at Seneca was a nursing approach centred on the patient’s best interests. Kristen is already working in her desired field, and is eager to make a difference in people’s lives.
