The Fundamentals of Leading Change
This interactive course is built on Dr. Kotter's Eight-Step Process for Leading Change and Four Key Leadership Principles. During the course, you will learn the knowledge, skills and practices to lead and manage change. You will also explore, in-depth, one critical aspect of this framework: creating a sense of urgency. Through this course, you will learn how to encourage and keep people on board and support change, while also learning how to put into practice the definition of true urgency.
Each session lasts for 90 minutes and will be facilitated virtually by Kotter. Live sessions will be accompanied by robust resources and self-paced learning between sessions (30- to 60-minute activities between each live session) via a learning platform throughout the course. This will provide additional opportunities for participants to interact with each other.

Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
This course is suitable for IT personnel who are just beginning to work with Azure, want to learn about its offerings and get hands-on experience with the platform. The course primarily uses the Azure portal to create services and does not require scripting skills. Students will build confidence to take other role-based courses and certifications, such as Azure Administrator. The course combines lectures, demonstrations and hands-on labs and will also prepare students for the AZ-900 exam and certification.
