This year’s Athlete of the Year honours went to Yan Zhou (badminton), Suzy Yan (badminton) and Felix Adjei (basketball).

Yan and Suzy captured gold in women's doubles at the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association badminton championships. The pair advanced to the nationals after sweeping the competition at the Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA) championships, where they also won gold.

Felix led the men’s basketball team in scoring this season and was named an OCAA first team all-star.
