Animation students win big in global contest 

Seneca students placed third in the international animation challenge

Seneca was the only Canadian school to place in the top five of a global animation challenge.

A team of five students from Seneca’s Animation advanced diploma program placed third in the 19th annual 24 HOURS Animation Contest for Students out of 208 teams from 71 schools across 11 countries.

Big Jug Juggalos, comprised of Kennedi Cole, Kristen Rogers, Lucas Higgins Mikayla Trainor and Natalia Nowacki, scored more than 230 points from a panel of industry professionals for their 30-second animated short, Special Delivery.
