During a time where we cannot connect with friends, colleagues and loved ones like we used to, it’s important, more than ever, to talk to one another when it comes to mental health. Throughout the week, Seneca will be joining in the conversation about mental health through a variety of events and initiatives held by the Seneca Student Federation, Student Life, Varsity & Recreation and Counselling & Accessibility Services, in support of Bell Let’s Talk Day on Thursday, Jan. 28.

Students and employees can participate in events about wellness, counselling and accessibility, as well as mental health through Webex and Instagram from Monday, Jan. 25 to Thursday, Jan. 28.  In addition, members of the Seneca community can take a selfie and share personalized messages through the Bell Let’s Talk Virtual Photo Booth.

Remember, the conversation doesn’t have to end on Jan. 28. There are many resources available to you if you need help or would like someone to talk to, including, the Counselling & Accessibility Services office.

Join the Seneca community and keep the conversation going... use the hashtag #BellLetsTalk on social media throughout the day on Jan. 28.
