College graduates who have completed one year within the same program may qualify for admission into first year. Candidates must have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma and have taken at least one language course (English or French) at college or at the 4U level. Math and sciences prerequisites must be equivalent to those required at the secondary school level. The cumulative GPA required will vary depending on the program of interest.
College graduates, who have completed at least two years within the same program, may qualify for admission with up to 30 transfer credits depending on the university program requested and the college studies completed.
Students applying to the Telfer School of Management may receive 30 credits in advanced standing after completing a two-year program in a business-related field and 45 credits after completing a three-year program in a business-related field. Students who complete a two-year or three-year program in a non-business-related field may receive up to 15 credits.
Please note: The University of Ottawa recognizes Seneca’s MTH198 as equivalent to the University of Ottawa’s qualifying course MAT1339: Introduction to Calculus and Vectors, as well as Calculus and Vectors 4U course (formerly OAC Calculus).
