Program Learning Outcomes

As a graduate, you will be prepared to reliably demonstrate the ability to:
 
  • Explore and critique management theories, leadership styles and decision-making processes.
  • Identify and resolve team issues using effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Integrate advanced nursing theory, principles and concepts into competent nursing practice at the level of a nursing unit and more broadly, at the level of the health-care institution/system.
