Selecting Your Class Schedule

Tips and recommendations before you get started:

  • For best results with enrolment, we recommend using the Firefox or Chrome web browsers.
  • When selecting your classes, remember to allow for travel time if your courses are being held at different campus locations.

New Students

If you are a newly admitted domestic student, you must pay your tuition deposit in order to select your classes.

If you are a newly admitted international student, you must pay full fees no later than the due date noted on your invoice.

You must also confirm your Intent to Enrol for each term and your student account must be in good standing* in order to select your classes. You are responsible for selecting your class schedule and enrolling in courses by logging into Student Home.

Depending on your program of study, you will select individual classes from your program requirements, or you will choose a set of classes from a pre-determined schedule (block enrolment).

NOTE: If your program uses block enrolment. The COM course is not included in the block of courses — you are responsible for adding your COM101 or COM111 course to your schedule separately.

You are academically and financially responsible for the courses in which you enrol. Pay special attention to the Important Academic Dates for when open enrolment begins and deadlines for adding, changing or dropping a course, or applying for Transfer Credits.

As a new student, you may be required to take a mathematics Skills Assessment. This is separate from the test you may have completed as part of your program admission process and there is no additional fee for the assessment. Please book an appointment with the Test Centres as soon as possible to ensure you are able to self-enroll in the appropriate mathematics course for your program of study.

*Any fees owed for previous terms must be paid.
