Since graduating from Seneca in 2005, Sarah has been making a name for herself in the fashion industry. In 2007, she won the illustrious Toronto Fashion Incubator’s New Labels design competition with her debut label Quelques Filles. That year, she also launched her other label, sar couture by Sarah Nicol. Sarah has been hailed as one of “Canada’s top fashion designers” by the fashion media, and her designs have been featured in a host of events throughout Toronto and Montreal, including Toronto’s Fashion and Design Festival, Fashion Takes Action, The Bell Celebrity Gala and L’Oréal Fashion Week. She has also received media attention from leading style books such as Elle Canada, Style, Flare and Lush. In addition to her own label, Sarah currently works as a Product Design and Development Associate for the Hudson’s Bay Company.
