Beth Agnew is one of the world’s first Certified Professional Technical Communicators (CPTC), a designation that indicates mastery of content development, usability, communication, publishing, and knowledge management. She previously served in the Canadian Armed Forces as a telecommunications specialist, with tours in Europe and the Middle East. After leaving the military Beth’s communications career spanned 35 years, with clients such as NASA, General Motors, Direct Energy, the Pacific Geoscience Centre, Walmart, CIBC, and many more. She is an Associate Fellow of the Society for Technical Communication where she has also been the MarCom SIG manager, a conference speaker, and an International Summit Awards judge. Beth holds a BFA in Fine Arts.
