Dagmar teaches predominantly in the area of psychology, communication and art. She has a PhD in curriculum, teaching and learning, as well as an MEd in applied psychology from the University of Toronto. Prior to coming to Seneca, she worked for 15 years in educational research publishing in the area of motivational psychology. Beyond academic training, she has a passion for art and brings a wealth of experience ranging from running a small business, coaching and counselling individuals, working in arts education and even participating in an archaeological dig.
