Eugene teaches History of Western Civilization, Sociology, and Critical Thinking in the Liberal Arts program. He holds a PhD in the history and philosophy of science and technology from the University of Toronto. Eugene is interested in evolutionary processes in biology, culture, and the production of knowledge. Aside from his teaching, he has developed courses in sociology, the social sciences, and scientific literacy, the latter for the University of Central Asia via its partnership with Seneca.
