Financial Account Menu
- Account Balance: Lists all outstanding balances on your student account
- Due Now: The amount to be paid immediately — includes current and past-due charges
- Print Statement: Generates a PDF file of your student account based on a single term or all terms
- Make a Payment: Allows you to make a payment by credit card or debit card
- Charges Due: Lists all charges on your student account along with due dates
- Account Activity: Lists all transactions on your student account, including charges, payments and refunds
- Payment History: Lists all payment history within the range of dates specified
- Print Statement Generates a PDF official statement of payments on your student account
- Interac e-Transfer Setup: Allows Seneca to issue refunds to you through e-transfer instead of cheques
- My Fee Options: Ability to modify fee options; review information on ancillary fees
Account Services
- T4/T4A and T2202 tax receipts: A SIN is required for Seneca to issue tax receipts to students. Your SIN can be entered via the “Profile” tile on your Student Home
- View T4 Consent: Students who work at Seneca and those who have received scholarships, bursaries or other monetary awards can provide consent to receive their T4/T4A tax slips online. Consent can also be withdrawn in order to have tax slips sent by mail
