Yongin and Ceonan, South Korea
Dankook University (DKU) will allow you to work and study at the same time in South Korea. You will start with an internship at DKU's Global Village program where you will teach a language of your choice to other DKU students. The language options are English, Chinese, Spanish, German, Russian, French, Spanish and Portuguese. You will then begin to attend classes for your academic courses.
All students participating in Global Village must attend DKU’s Summer Academic Program. Upon completion, DKU will reimburse the cost of your flight, up to $1,000 US. You will also benefit from free on-campus accommodation during your time participating in the Global Village program.
Who Can Go?
Any Seneca student can attend providing you meet certain eligibility criteria.
What Will It Cost?
Students accepted in this program pay regular tuition/course fees to Seneca. Students are responsible for all additional costs related to flights, accommodation, visas and day-to-day living in Yongin. Review more details on the DKU international partner opportunity page.
A reminder that students must apply for this opportunity through the International Mobility Office.
