Overview

Kansai University (KU), located in the historical city of Osaka, offers a two-to-four-week summer program where you will experience Japanese language and culture. During your summer program, you will have the opportunity to engage with local students while enjoying Osaka’s famous street food and night life. You may also choose to pursue an optional course on Survival Japanese Language. 

 

Who Can Go?

Any Seneca student can attend providing you meet certain eligibility criteria.

 

What Will It Cost?

Students participating in this program are required to pay a program fee to Kansai, covering tuition, accommodation and course materials. More details are found on the international partner opportunity page. A reminder that students must apply for this opportunity through the International Mobility Office.

 

When Can I Go?

Program Dates

You can choose from one of three units listed below:
  • Unit 1: July 3 to July 17, 2020
  • Unit 2: July 18 to August 1, 2020
  • Unit 3: July 3 to August 1, 2020
