Sexual Assault and Sexual Violence Information
Seneca is committed to campuses free of sexual assault and sexual violence, and we strive to foster an atmosphere of healthy attitudes and behaviours towards sexuality, sex and gender roles.
Background
On March 6, 2015, Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne released It’s Never Okay: An Action Plan to Stop Sexual Violence and Harassment. Several initiatives in the Action Plan are intended to help make postsecondary campuses safer and more responsive to complaints about sexual violence and harassment.
