Jos Nolle has more than 25 years of experience in international education and development. He has held leadership roles at Niagara College and Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders (MSF) and served as a technical advisor to Colleges and Institutes Canada (CIC) in Colombia. As director of International Education and Development at Niagara College, Nolle established this new division and led its business development and student recruitment initiatives. In various leadership roles with MSF, Nolle helped to grow the award-winning, international medical relief organization into a $100-million operation that places 700 expatriate MSF field workers in 24 countries every year.
