A Former elementary school teacher, Melissa has become one of Seneca’s most recognizable graduates. She credits her training from the journalism program for leading her where she is today as co-host and moderator of the popular Canadian daytime talk show The Social. Previously, Melissa became a staple to morning television for nearly four million GTA viewers as co-host of CP24 Breakfast and CP24’s Breaking News. This Seneca Premier’s Award nominee has also covered the Vancouver 2010 Olympics, the Toronto International Film Festival red carpet, and the 2013 Academy Awards in Los Angeles.
