MRK319 - Skills for Sales Success

This course is recognized by the Canadian Professional Sales Association (CPSA) and can be applied towards their Professional Sales Certificate program. The course may also be applied to Seneca College's Marketing Certificate or Diploma program. This course is designed for students with some sales experience or those working towards the CPSA designation. The course content will involve the student learner in the wide ranging, day-to-day challenges faced by the professional sales person, including: professional sales as a career, the general roles, functions, skills and responsibilities of a sales person, and the principles, underlying concepts and applications techniques that make up professional selling in today's highly competitive marketplace.
