Nov. 1 is the earliest date that Seneca may begin to send offers to Canadian applicants for full-time programs starting in Sept. 2024. Offers will continue to be issued until all seats in the program are filled.
Apply on or before this date to receive equal consideration for admission to programs starting in Fall 2024. After this date, Seneca considers applicants on a first-come, first-served basis until seats in the program are filled.
Note: After Feb. 1, seats in Seneca’s highly competitive programs may be filled and applications to these programs may be closed for the fall term.
Applications for Fall 2024 will open on ontariocolleges.ca in October 2023. You are encouraged to apply on or before Feb. 1, 2024 to receive equal consideration for admission. Highly competitive programs are programs with more qualified applicants than seats available. Here’s a list of Seneca's highly competitive programs.
Open programs are programs that have seats open or available for qualified applicants.

You should apply by the Feb. 1 equal consideration deadline for the best chance of receiving an offer to a highly competitive program starting in the fall term. Seneca will begin to send offers to qualified applicants on Nov. 1 for Sept. 2024.
Seneca will continue to issue offers until all seats are filled. A waiting list is created when all available seats in a program are filled. Admission to Seneca is very competitive and unfortunately, we’re not able to predict if or when you’ll be offered a space in the program.

Seats may become available anytime up until and including the first week of school.
Most qualified applicants to our highly competitive programs starting in the fall term will receive offers by Feb. 1. After this date, our highly competitive programs may be closed for the fall term.
The confirmation deadline is May 1, 2024 and the deadline to pay your deposit will be in mid-June 2024.
Your first step is to confirm your offer on ontariocolleges.ca. After you’ve confirmed, we’ll post a fee notification letter online in your Student Home. To reserve your seat in the program, you must pay the $500 non-refundable deposit by the due date indicated. Full tuition fees for your first term are due by the first day of class.
