- English proficiency for graduate certificates
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in nursing or medicine or equivalent
- Proof of registration as a licensed nurse (RN/RPN/NP) with unrestricted practice with the College of Nurses of Ontario or equivalent registration in another Canadian province
OR
Proof of registration with unrestricted practice with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario or equivalent registration in another Canadian province
Canadian citizens or permanent residents educated outside of Canada must provide a World Education Services (WES) or ICAS Canada credential evaluation.
