Career Services

A wide variety of career services are available to students through workshops and individual consultation including:

  • training in skills identification, effective job search techniques and interview skills
  • Résumé, Cover Letter, and Job Search Resources
  • Résumé and Cover Letter Critiques
  • Access to computers and printer for job search
  • Career related books, magazines and directories

The Career Services office is open on Thursday evenings from 5 pm – 7 pm in Room D2000 (inside the Student Services area)

Job Search Advisement

A Student Employment Officer is available to provide personal assistance to FCET students by appointment only evenings at Newnham Campus. The College cannot guarantee anyone employment; however, your education, your initiative and our help should put you in the best possible position to secure job opportunities. Job Postings

Full-time, part-time and summer job postings are available through Seneca Careerlink, an Internet-based job bank at: SenecaWorks website. Resources include company profiles, business directories, videos on job search skills, listings of past employers of Seneca graduates, a fax machine and telephones.
