Meet the Fall 2014 Valedictorians
Ceremony 3 – Saturday, October 25 – 10 a.m.
Professor Roderick Turner with Valedictorian Kevin Tu, Computer Engineering Technology program, and David Agnew, Seneca President.
Valedictorian Kevin Tu
Kevin is graduating from the Computer Engineering Technology advanced diploma program with high honours. After Kevin completed high school, he attended York University for Aerospace Engineering. He worked for several years after that but was having trouble finding a job in his field. At the age of 27, he decided it was time to look at another career. He had always had an interest in computers and felt he had a good foundation from his bachelor’s degree, so he enrolled in Seneca’s Computer Engineering Technology program. For his last three semesters, Kevin tutored at the Learning Centre. After his 16-month co-op placement at IBM, he was hired to work for the company as an Information Developer.
