Logging In - Self-Directed Online Course

Where do I log in?

Unlike virtual classroom courses, your self-directed online courses will NOT appear on your MySeneca Blackboard. They are hosted on a platform called OntarioLearn, and so you will have to log into Ontario Learn to access your courses.

  • First, go to the OntarioLearn portal
  • Use your Seneca email as the username to log in. Ontario Learn will email you a temporary password once they have created your account. After you log in the first time, you can reset your password.

Where do I find my log in information?

You will find your log in information in the Welcome Email. Alternatively, remember that your username is your Seneca email, and Ontario Learn will email you a temporary password to log in to their system.

What if I don't receive an OntarioLearn password?

Contact the Centre for Flexible Learning (online@senecacollege.ca or 416-491-5050 ext. 24140) and they can reset the temporary password to give you access to your course. Remember to first check your Seneca email, as that is where OntarioLearn will email the password, as well as the account's junk mail.
