Negotiation workshops

Give your corporate team a competitive edge. This series of four, nine-hour workshops focuses on the art of negotiation with an emphasis on hands-on learning through case studies. The latest theories and research will also be covered.

In addition, personality inventories, discussions, negotiation role playing and exercises will be featured. The online series is designed to be highly interactive and full participation will be required.

Learning outcomes

Upon successful completion of the four workshops, the participant will be able to:

  • plan effectively
  • create and claim value in the negotiation process 
  • deal with hard bargaining techniques 
  • use persuasion and influence in the negotiation context 
  • recognize potential complications 
  • demonstrate the skills of framing and empathy 
  • negotiate in teams, with multiple parties and through agents

  • identify attitudes and behaviours that impact discussions

  • learning to mediate 

Part 4 — Personality and Culture in Negotiations

  • understanding how personality and culture influence negotiations 
  • sharpening personal approaches, attitudes and behaviours
  • combining best practice with personal practice
