Animation, Game Art & Animation

Eyal Assaf is a technical artist, published author and professor. His recent research has been centered on developing worldbuilding methodologies in game worlds and creating innovative approaches to creature rigging for game engines. Mr. Assaf holds an honours degree from OCAD University and a master's degree in digital media from Toronto Metropolitan University. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in computational arts at York University.

Throughout his career, Mr. Assaf has held a variety of creative and technical roles, working for clients both in Canada and abroad. He is also an accomplished educator, serving as the Co-ordinator for the Animation – Gaming Stream diploma program and the Game Arts and Animation certificate program at Seneca Polytechnic. In these roles, he leads the design, updates and development of curriculum, oversees teaching personnel and produces training materials.
