“The Interactive Media Design (INM) program has given me countless opportunities to apply my skills to real work and business. Before coming to Canada, I worked as an art director for advertising agencies in Vietnam. I decided to study abroad to broaden my perspective and INM seemed like an excellent choice. It’s helped me understand my abilities and find a clear career path.”
Quang Phu Nguyen discovered he really liked user interface and user experience design during the INM program. This led him to work at Toronto-based Auvenir, a cloud-based client engagement firm, as a Product Designer part time, while studying, and full time after graduating.
Mr. Nguyen is also the Co-founder and Art Director of Toronto’s Cactus Vietnamese and Coffee, where he uses his skills for branding and marketing. In addition, he works as a freelance Web Designer for Amsterdam-based Creative Click, a website and application creation company.
