“A passion for beauty and wellness is what motivated me to pursue a career in the beauty industry, and 27 years after graduating with an Esthetician diploma, I’m still committed to excellence in our industry.”

As a professor at Seneca, Kathryn brings experience both from the business operational and service/sales side of the spa industry, along with the technical, practical side of spa services delivery. She previously served as a resort spa manager, and as a spa consultant, and has organized and opened several spas across the country. Kathryn was also responsible for planning and opening Canada’s first Aveda training Institute in Victoria, British Columbia. She holds an MBA from University of Guelph’s College of Business and Economics, and an Esthetician diploma from Sheridan College.
