Joe MacDonald has more than 40 years of experience in politics and public affairs. An experienced political strategist, government relations practitioner, organizer and campaign manager, he has managed election campaigns in eight provinces, at all levels of government. He’s served in senior positions in federal and provincial leadership campaigns and as a senior adviser to two Ontario cabinet ministers. Mr. MacDonald has appeared as a commentator and media spokesperson on Canada AM, CBC Toronto’s Metro Morning, Global News, City TV, CP24 and NEWSTALK 1010. He is also a four-term president, past president and life member of the Public Affairs Association of Canada. Mr. MacDonald has a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in political science from the University of Waterloo and is doing his PhD in political science at the University of Glasgow.
