Peter McKeown has spent more than 40 years in the broadcast industry – either behind or in front of a TV camera or microphone. Recently retired after 30 years at Rogers Sports and Media as Vice President, Mr. McKeown has spent the last year with the Hamilton Tiger Cats, moving their broadcast assets to the digital space. Last semester, he taught at Seneca and enjoyed the role of developing the next generation of audio talent. Mr. McKeown will lead a new initiative at S@Y Radio to highlight the content and abilities of Seneca students. Mr. McKeown uses his contacts in media and marketing to ensure content is relevant in the classroom. Actively involved in consulting projects, he uses this knowledge to look at trends and new media that will equip Seneca students for success as they enter a competitive workplace.
