Overview
Universidade de Especialidades Espíritu Santo (UEES) is a private university in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Founded in 1993, UEES is well-known for its School of International Studies. UEES prioritizes experiential learning by combining academic learning with travel and intercultural experience. As an exchange student, you will learn Spanish and live in a homestay with a local Ecuadorian family. You will also benefit from a community service placement during your semester.

Semester Dates
UEES operates on a bimester system. You will be enrolled in two bimesters over the course of one semester at UEES.
Fall
- Bimester I: August to October
- Bimester II: October to December
Winter
- Bimester I: January to February
- Bimester II: March to April
