Confirm Your Offer

Please confirm your offer by visiting before the confirmation due date in your offer of admission package. You will need to use your username and password to log into your account and confirm your enrolment. You can also confirm by calling at 1.888.892.2228.


Reserve your Place at Seneca

After you confirm your offer, you will receive information about fees and the deadline to pay the $500 non-refundable tuition deposit. You must pay your deposit by the deadline to secure your seat in the program.


Conditional Offers

You may have received a conditional offer of admission if your final grades for prerequisite programs or courses were not available when offers were released. Conditions for each program are listed in your offer of admission package.

This means your offer is conditional upon Seneca receiving proof of successful completion of those requirements by the first day of scheduled classes. Final grades for Ontario high school students will be sent to Seneca in mid-July. Applicants who submitted out-of-province or postsecondary transcripts should check with Admissions to make sure that we’ve received your final grades.

Note: If you enrol in summer school or an upgrading program to complete one or more of your prerequisite courses, please notify us by emailing the Admissions Office.


Transfer Credits

Have you completed college, university or dual credit courses at another postsecondary institution? Were they similar to those required for your program of study at Seneca? If so, you may be eligible to apply for transfer credits. If your transfer credit request is successful, you will not be required to take the similar Seneca course(s) and a grade of “TC” will be assigned.

Skills Assessment

As a new student, you may be required to complete a Skills Assessment before your program begins. Skills Assessment is an academic tool to ensure you are placed in the correct math class during your first semester of studies. The results of your Skills Assessment do not affect your acceptance to Seneca.

We encourage you to book your Skills Assessment early. You can book your Skills Assessment soon after you confirm your offer of admission. You can book it online or by contacting the Skills Assessment office at 416.491.5050 ext. 26343 or by email.

If you have been accepted into a degree or graduate certificate program, you do not need to complete a Skills Assessment.

Note: For students starting classes in May 2019, the Skills Assessment tool covers English and/or Math.
