HERizons, Seneca HELIX’s professional development program that offers women free training, events and career support, is open to everyone. However, content is designed and tailored for those who identify as women (including gender diverse people).
HERizons offers a selection of free, 30- to 90- minute virtual sessions. Women can develop key job skills and learn top tips from inspirational speakers.

HELIX RISE, an annual summit that brings together female thought leaders
No application is needed. However, you must register for each workshop or career development session in order to attend. If you are unable to make it, please cancel your reservation so someone on the waitlist can go.
Please see our upcoming workshops and choose what you’d like to do. You will then be directed to Eventbrite to register. If it is your first time registering, you’ll need to create a free account.
If you complete all four live virtual workshops in a series, you’ll be eligible to receive a unique digital badge that can be shared on your LinkedIn profile, portfolio and resumé to showcase your skills to potential employers and your professional network. In order to qualify, you must sign in on the tracking form during each of the live workshops.
All HELIX programs and initiatives, including HERizons, are free.
