Seneca honours Koehler family
Magna Hall library named after Rudy and Rita Koehler
On Tuesday, May 28, Seneca honoured the Koehler family with the naming of the Rudy and Rita Koehler Library in Magna Hall at King Campus. This honour is in recognition of the couple's outstanding generosity and commitment to supporting Seneca's students.
The Koehlers are Seneca’s most generous individual donors. Since 2004, close to 500 students have received bursaries from the family, including the Koehler Grandchildren Award, Koehler Award for Academic Upgrading Graduates and Koehler Family Student Success Scholarship.
The Rudy and Rita Koehler Library serves as a centre for learning and research for the Seneca community and features group and independent study spaces, media rooms and King Campus’s Learning Centre.
