• use a security information and event management (SIEM) system to monitor and interpret audit logs, which support incident response and differentiate between normal and malicious activity
• apply industry standard open-source intelligence (OSINT) model to various applications and services within the Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and User Datagram Protocol/Internet Protocol (UDP/IP)
• use OSINT and cyber research skills to obtain information for investigations and threat intelligence
• prepare and design IT security and investigation reports and create incident response reports for stakeholders
