Peter Pleckaitis brings to Seneca Polytechnic more than 30 years of leadership experience managing operations for Canadian, U.S. and multinational companies. This expertise is in environments including digital, retail and omnichannel. In advisory or consultancy roles, Mr. Pleckaitis has specialized in helping clients transform their business and overall customer experience capabilities with thought leadership and the transformative power of technology and culture change.

At Seneca Polytechnic, Mr. Pleckaitis focuses on how the dynamics of industries are constantly changing, while analyzing trends of disruption to understand how businesses need to respond. Throughout his career, Mr. Pleckaitis has led efforts to rethink how to engage customers, empower employees, operate marketing business units and inject innovation into go-to-market solutions.

A graduate of University of Ottawa's Telfer School of Management, he is also a certified Design Thinking Practitioner.
