Seneca Program: Business Administration – Accounting & Financial Planning, Business Administration – Management, Business Administration – Financial Planning, Accounting & Finance, Business Administration – Entrepreneurship & Small Business, Business Administration – International Business, Business Administration – Purchasing & Supply Management, Business Administration – Marketing, Business Administration – Human Resources

Degree: Bachelor of Commerce, Business Management – Direct Entry

Graduates with a minimum cumulative B average (3.0 GPA) are considered for direct entry into the third year of this four-year degree in Business Management through full- or part-time studies. Please note, that subject to competition, candidates may be required to submit grades/averages above the minimum. Students are required to select a major in this degree program and are encouraged to stay with their Seneca option in order to maximize credit transfer. Please note, the Accounting and Finance majors are no longer available in the Direct Entry program, although students may still minor in them. For a list of available majors, please review the Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC) listing for Toronto Metropolitan University. Students will be asked to take up to five reach-back courses to provide foundation study in key academic areas.

Co-op is an option for Business Management Full-Time Direct Entry students! At this time, the co-op program is available for all majors, except for Entrepreneurship and Economics and Management Science. Degree: Bachelor of Commerce, Business Technology Management – Degree Completion

Graduates with a minimum cumulative B average (3.0 GPA) are considered for admission to this degree completion program in Business Technology Management through full- or part-time evening studies by completing 20 courses in as little as four semesters. No reach-back courses are assigned.


Seneca Program: Early Childhood Education

Degree: Bachelor of Arts, Early Childhood Studies – Direct Entry

Graduates with a minimum cumulative B average (3.0 GPA), with proof of diploma completion are considered for admission to the third year of the four-year degree in Early Childhood Studies. Please note, that subject to competition, candidates may be required to submit grades/averages above the minimum. In addition, students must complete three one-term, university-level liberal studies courses (e.g., History, Philosophy, Languages, etc.), with grades of B- (70%) or higher. One of the liberal studies courses must be an English subject. These courses cannot include introductory-level Psychology or Sociology. College General Education courses or any Early Childhood Education (ECE) diploma courses cannot be used as substitutions for the university-level liberal studies courses. The Full-Time Studies program is offered in person only while the Part-Time program is offered online.


Seneca Program: Tourism – Services Management – Travel Services Specialization, Hospitality – Hotel & Restaurant Services Management, Tourism – Services Management – Global Tourism Business Specialization

Degree: Bachelor of Commerce, Hospitality Tourism Management

Graduates with a minimum cumulative B average (3.0 GPA) are considered for admission and potential advanced standing with transfer credits to the Hospitality Tourism Management program. Transfer credits will be assessed at the time of admission and will be indicated in the offer.


Seneca Program: Child & Youth Care

Degree: Bachelor of Arts, Child and Youth Care – Direct Entry

Graduates with a minimum cumulative B average (3.0 GPA) are considered for admission to the fifth semester of the Child and Youth Care program. Please note that subject to competition, candidates may be required to submit grades/averages above the minimum. The Direct Entry program is offered on both a full- and part-time basis. The Child and Youth Care Part-Time Direct Entry can be completed entirely online, aside from several intensive courses.


Seneca Program: Fashion Business, Fashion Business Management

Degree: Bachelor of Commerce, Retail Management – Direct Entry to Second Year

Graduates of the two-year Fashion Business, or three-year Fashion Business Management program, are eligible for admission consideration to the second year of the four-year Bachelor of Commerce – Retail Management degree program. Some reach-back courses are required. A minimum cumulative GPA of B (3.0) is required for consideration. Graduates of the three-year Fashion Business Management program may be eligible for additional transfer credits. Due to competition, candidates may be required to submit grades/averages above the minimum.


Seneca Program: Social Service Worker, Social Service Worker – Immigrants & Refugees, Social Service Worker – Gerontology

Degree: Bachelor of Social Work (Full-Time or Part-Time Advanced Standing)

Graduates with a minimum cumulative GPA of B/3.0 are eligible for admission consideration to one of the two Advanced Standing BSW programs. Graduates with less than two years accumulated, paid, full-time equivalent, relevant work experience in the social service field are eligible to apply to the full-time Advanced Standing to the Second Year BSW degree program and will be placed in the second year of this four-year degree. Graduates with more than two years of accumulated, paid, full-time equivalent, relevant work experience in the social service field are eligible to apply to the part-time Advanced Standing to the third year of the four-year degree program in Social Work. Applicants who are applying to the part-time program are also required to submit two reference letters (one academic and one professional, or two professional), a letter from their employer(s) confirming date(s) of paid employment and responsibilities, a personal statement and a resumé. Those selected for the part-time Advanced Standing to Third Year program will be invited to participate in the Social Work Foundations course (CVSW15A/B) that runs from May to June each year. Applicants must achieve a minimum B grade in this Foundations course. Please note, that in both instances, subject to competition, candidates may be required to present grades/averages above the minimum. Seneca Program: Early Childhood Education, Social Service Worker, Behavioural Sciences, Child & Youth Care

Degree: Bachelor of Arts, Disability Studies

Graduates with a minimum cumulative GPA of B/3.0 are considered for admission to this Post-Diploma Degree Completion program. Your college diploma is absorbed as a Basis of Admission (giving credit for two years of University studies) as the first year of this program is equivalent to the third year (fifth semester) of a four-year program. Applicants with less than a B average in an acceptable diploma program may be asked to complete up to two, one-term, university-level liberal studies courses prior to admission. Applicants with other postsecondary academic backgrounds and extensive work experience in the field may be considered on an individual basis. Subject to competition, applicants may be required to present averages above the minimum. This program is offered on a part-time basis. Seneca Program: Workplace Safety & Prevention

Degree: Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Health & Safety)

Graduates with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 will be eligible to receive a block credit of 18 courses towards this four-year degree. Successful applicants will be offered “advanced standing” and will therefore be required to complete 19 core courses, plus three liberal studies courses (22 courses in total) in order to satisfy the degree requirements of the Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Health & Safety).
