Applicants must have obtained a minimum grade of B in the following ACF diploma courses: ACC415, ACC540, ACC517 & ACC533. Graduates of these two-year diploma programs with a minimum GPA of 2.5 are eligible to enter the third semester (Year 2, Level 3) of the degree in the fall or winter term and will complete the program in six semesters and one work-integrated learning term (approximately 24 to 32 months). Graduates may also start the degree in the summer for an accelerated completion plan over five semesters and one work-integrated learning term within two years (please note an additional course fee will apply in one to two semesters for the accelerated plan). Honours Bachelor of Child Development


Seneca Program: Child & Youth Care

Degree: Honours Bachelor of Child Development

Students who successfully complete this three-year advanced diploma with a minimum 3.0 GPA may be considered for admission into the Honours Bachelor of Child Development (King Campus) in the summer term, will receive 14 credits and complete the degree in five semesters plus one work-integrated learning term. Pathway students should note they will incur an extra course fee in one term prior to degree completion. Eligible candidates may also start the degree in the fall term, but will have a different path to completion (approximately six semesters plus one work-integrated learning term). Students will need to work closely with their Program Coordinators to plan their timetable each term, as some courses may be offered at the Newnham Campus or will be available online. Seneca Program: Pre-Health Sciences Pathway to Advanced Diplomas & Degrees

Degree: Bachelor of Science in Nursing – Collaborative with York University

Graduates of this one-year certificate with a 3.3 GPA plus a minimum grade of 70% in each of the mandatory admission prerequisites and an overall prerequisite average of 75% are eligible to be considered for admission to the four-year Nursing Degree program. Applicants must also fulfil language proficiency requirements, as well as specific GPA requirements if additional studies were completed at a recognized college or university.
